Select column based on header VBA

Hi
I have multiple excel sheet wherein first header is merged cell or variable length means in some excel it may have 6 column and in some may have 2,14,10 etc.
problem comes when i want to merge excel sheet.

I am looking for VBA solution wherein multiple columns are selected based on header and moved to end of existing columns.


can anyone help me with some guidance
