getting error - run time error 438, object doesn't support this property or method

now im getting this error: run time error 91, object variable or with block variable not set.

ok, here it is

so goto "sheet1" and click on the "Add City" button. add a temp city and then password. i want the macro to update the hdn_Codes table (table1).
