help loading data from 2 different sheets on one workbook

Im creating a backup macro for my workbook. My program saves data to a new workbook on sheet1 and sheet2 because they come from 2 different sheets. I'm trying to now load that data back in again and cant figure out how to transfer them back. I can load form one sheet just fine, i can even load from one sheet from 2 or more different workbooks fine but i'm having issues loading from one workbook on 2 different sheets. I know i'm not telling it what sheet to look at and cant figure out how to do that.

The original is too big to upload but here is a simplified example on one workbook. Remember sheet1 and sheet2 are going to be on a different workbook than 'importdata' and 'start page'.
I want to select everything on sheet1 to goto sheet 'import data' from a1 to ca71821, and everything on sheet2 to goto sheet 'start page' starting at c5 to g131.

If there is an easier way to do this them i'm all ears as to how to do it.
