Re: Hide column on condition base

    Hi

Whilst it is not possible to hide the column by setting a new Conditional Rule you can make the cells invisible.

The new rule on the Master Sheet is :-Set the formula when AV14 ="Custom" Format is equal to the background colour Grey to apply to the range AV 24 to AW90.

I have not gone into detail how to set conditional formats as several already exist.

    Cheers

    Hi
Totally understand but what do you want to trigger the macro. Do you want to run it every time a selection is made on AP14 i.e. when a selection is made the macro will test for "CUSTOM" and hide AW and AV columns or do you want it to run on demand. Either way it will slow your worksheet but not to be noticeable.
    Cheers
