When a collection created bring another column value into the collection

A large data set is reduced to unique items for a sumif exercise. The column is column "C"

how can I change code to bring the value of each unique item (the row value) that is in Column "L"

Then output the two values to columns "P" and "S"

    Any pointers appreciated
