Excel beginner seeks macro creation advice using random number generation

I am interested in playing cards and would like to develop a program along these lines.

    1. It should be able to generate 312 randomized numbers from sets of numbers assigned to playing cards based on the value of the card.
    2. It will at regular intervals perhaps every 5-10 numbers perform an addition of that set of numbers.
    3. It will then take that number and perform a simple operation (division) upon that number based on its position in the random set stack.
    4. It will then apply an additional simple operation (multiplication of a set value) upon that number. This multiplier will vary and be linked to the number produced in step #2.
    5. It will then either add or subtract this number from a value that starts at zero and is acted upon infinitum.
    6. The number in set 5 will perhaps be extracted from a random set to reflect a probability ranging from +4% to -4%. It will be to 3 significant digits.

Regarding step 6 if we wanted to produce a 1% advantage we could randomly access from a pool containing the integers -100 to +101 if my idea is correct.

I have done a little work with excel macros in the past but am not an expert.

If anyone is interested in this project or would like to comment please do so.

I am just a regular working guy with a hobby.
