New number identify by comparing two CELLs data

Dear all,
I am having some numeric data series in the CELL A2 & CELL B2 , by comparing both cell number data , I need to find out any new number is exists or not if I get new number or number of series then that number need to identify & put it in the CELL C2.
Likewise, by comparing CELL A2 number data with CELL B2 number data , if any number or number of series does not exist in the CELL B2 then that number need to identify & put it to CELL D2.

old_list(CELL A2) New_List(CELL B2) New_Number_Found(CELL C2) Number_Not_Found(CELL D2)

Please find some example data as attached in the excel sheet , I will be happy if I get any solution of my task , excel formula or macro always appreciated.
