Change the color of all underscores and periods

Hi. I'm god awful with Macros so I was hoping someone could either write this or give me some guidance on how to write this.

Goals:
1) Search through everything from column D
2) Identify any _'s or .'s used
3) Change the color of them to green without changing the text in any other area
4) Do this automatically with each entry

If you want check automaticaly each entry you can run this macro on Worksheet_Change (it pointless a bit checking whole col but as I said there is no details).
