It's connection only, and not loading to your data model - how can you refresh it, what do you expect to happen?

I am trying to restrict data in power query using this site features:

but i think that is not possible to refresh only connection but i wanted to be sure.

Your question is meaningless. Until you USE that query somewhere, no refresh is possible - there's nothing to refresh.
You may reference that query in another query, or load to a table, or your data model - and then it will be refreshed when called, by the dependent query / table.
Your screenshot shows that none of your queries are loading data anywhere.
