How to insert image on cell value base and auto fit in selected cell.

Hello everyone,

I am a beginer of excel VBA. I have creat a "Employees entrance data sheet" and also including Employee recruitment form...
I have completed all things. But there is a problem to set picture in merged cells.
Please see attached file and kindly help me as you think best..

First of all kindly unzip the folder then check macro enabled file..

This is working very good, But please add one thing more in this VBA code,
That is "If i delete of remove code in Cell "c7", then picture should be removed or deleted, On the entry of new code in "C7", previous image should be removed",
