Copy / paste as values

Hi,
I have a VBA addin for copy/past values of a spreadsheet into a new file. This worked smoothly. I have now copied the content of the VBA Add-In into the excel folder to avoid the users must first install the VBA add-in. However it doesn't run but opens the Macro selection.
Questions:
a) what would be the required change to have it run executed in a workbook which should be fully copied as values. The workbook also has veryhidden sheets which of course need to remain veryhidden in the copy.
b) My workbook has a 1st sheet with a list of tabs in column A and referencing in column B whether the sheet should be visible or veryhidden. How would I have to adapt this VBA code as following:
- in column c of this list with sheets I could state a yes and no and based on this this VBA code would copy those selected sheets and add them as values (like in the current VBA code) at the end of the sheets. The names would be the same with adding [sheetname] (values).
