    how can i easily fill cells for example attach file?

    hi
    i have many Beam type (B1,B2,B3,....... B1000)
    and i want fill cells sheet "-5.10" of data sheet "Beam" , According to the sample
    how can i easily do that ?
    please see my attach file .
