Text in tabs is showing as 'text' and some are not

i am experiencing an issue with Excel, when creating additional tabs when certain text is inserted excel is adding 'D0151132' where as another number D50569074 does not have the inverted comma's? this is when i am linking inside the workbook

the issue is with ' is that VBA will not work?

Sorry that text relates to a unique number relating to a standard operating procedure.

However only a few have the ' and the others do not.

If I rename the text to something else the ' disappear?

Any sheet name that contains spaces, is numerical, or is the same as a valid cell reference, will automatically have the apostrophes added.
What is the VBA code that is causing problems

It replaces the existing line of code where you assign a value to WhereBang
