Find and Replace All Values In Worksheet

I wish to replace all the instances of a value with another throughout my entire worksheet.

I though this would do it, thinking it would consider all the cells of the worksheet, but I think it finds the first, replaces it, then stops. I'm assuming the code is incomplete for what I need to do, but I'm unsure how.

No, the code replaces them all, but you only increment the counter once since no loop is required.

Ohhh. I see. OK! So, if i want to maintain a counter, I will have to use a loop ... fair assumption?
