Hide row based on a cell value of a different sheet

Hello!

Is it possible to hide an entire row based on the value of a cell in a different sheet?

For example, if in sheet1 I have someone's name in a cell (b12), and in sheet2 I have a cell saying yes or no, if the answer is yes, how can it hide the entire row automatically in Sheet 1?
