Data Transfer

Hi friends........

i am facing a problem.............i am uploading a Sheets named Sample1.......please see for better understand

this workbook contains 3 sheets 1. Form, 2. Data1, 3. Data2

Example 1:-In Form sheet, enter some number in B2, For example i just typed 12345 and fill the data of my wish in headings i.e. Name, HED1 to HED8 and i want when i click on Commandbutton1, firstly it will check in which sheets this ID (12345) exist then
A message box should appear "this ID is exist in xxxx (Show the Name Data1 or Data2 sheets)sheet, do you want to replace the data of ID No. 12345, if i click on yes then it should replace the data, if i click no then do nothing

Example 2:-In Form sheet, enter some number in B2, For example i just typed DP-2226 and fill the data of my wish in headings i.e. Name, HED1 to HED8 and i want when i click on Commandbutton1, firstly it will check in which sheets this ID (DP-2226) exist then
A message box should appear "this ID is exist in xxxx (Show the Name Data1 or Data2 sheets)sheet, do you want to replace the data of ID No. DP-2226, if i click on yes then it should replace the data, if i click no then do nothing
