Is there a similar alternative to EnableUserInterface when WB Structure is protected

Hi All,

Can you run code on a wb with it's structure protected, in s similar way to 'EnableUserInterface' on protected sheets?

FYI I have a wb where the visibility of sheets are changed during the process, which will fail if the workbook structure is protected. I know the structure protection can be removed, do stuff, then replaced but would prefer to leave protected if there is a better alternative.
