VBA code to open browser, user select location and file, then load in a specific format

Would appreciate any help with this challenge, as it has been a while for me and I am a bit rusty!

I am looking to have a macro automatically bring up file explorer to select a file, so the user can select a *.txt file that could be in any location (the user selects the location using file explorer then picks the file). The format of the file is delimited by tab and comma and is imported in such a way where some of the fields are specified as text (this had to be done because excel would convert somethings automatically which is what I don't want).

Once the user selects the file, all the importing with correct text formats in some fields is done automatically.
