is there a code that makes the label of the worksheet invisible? But does the worksheet remain visible?
With the label I mean indicated in the photo with red arrowNaamloos.jpg

Paste this into the ThisWorkbook Module of the workbook:
Private Sub Workbook_Open() ActiveWindow.DisplayWorkbookTabs = False End Sub Private Sub Workbook_BeforeClose(Cancel As Boolean) ActiveWindow.DisplayWorkbookTabs = True End Sub
Hi Toby,
I think you are looking for the File > Options > Advanced > Display Options for this workbook > Show Sheet Tabs
Uncheck this box and see if that is what you are trying to do.
One test is worth a thousand opinions.

it is a setting that you can switch between true and false. you can find it in options > advanced > Display options for this workbook. uncheck "Sheet tabs"
This code below is a toggleCode that will turn on or turn off sheettabs. if you link that code to a shortcutkey you can switch it on and off with that same shortcutkey
If you want to make it part of a larger code you can also add the lineSub ToggleSheetTabs() ActiveWindow.DisplayWorkbookTabs = Not ActiveWindow.DisplayWorkbookTabs End Sub
to turn them off andActiveWindow.DisplayWorkbookTabs = False
to turn them back onActiveWindow.DisplayWorkbookTabs = True
thanks for all the reply's, its done with de option in the menu. thanks!!!!
