Right Click On Your Sheet Name At the Bottom Of Excel and Select View Code
Paste this code in the module that opens and close it.

Now with the tab it moves only in the cells indicated in the macro
the problem is there are other cells where you have to work

no more error but it is the same as the first macro
I don't think so.
After cell 31 you can select any cell.
