Counting cells that are non matching

    Hello,

I am trying to come up with a way to sum the total of non matching cells when comparing two columns in two workbooks. So far I have the following, but I am bit confused as to what to do next:

With Range"A8" being the resultant cell.

    Hey thanks!

So the following happens: If I leave the code as is and add your part to it, I get an error saying "or Control Variable in Use". Do I need to remove the Irow/Icol string after the else statement or can I add the entire string?

And here is the complete code. It debugs and runs without error, but it does not give me an resultant to the target cell.

    Hello NWEdison,

Sorry for the confusion. The code I posted replaces all of the code you have now...

    Hey,

So I ran your code and it did not work. Is it because we aren't activating the worksheets before running it? Like so:

and even that code doesn't work? I am a bit confused.
