Need to move my excel formula in VBA?

Hello forum,

I have created a formula in excel that accomplishes what I need per cell. I want to move this formula to cover range (A3,ZZ10000). I have tried to record my steps and move to VBA without success. Within my file I have 7 sheets. I have attached a sample file. Formula is in "Report" Sheet and the data I need to gather is in "datasheet1 - datasheet7". Please let me know if the file didn't attached. First time using this forum. Thanks for taking a peek and looking forward to your feedback and inquiries.

Pl see file.
In Report Sheet in column T The names of all sheets given.
In B3 then drag across.
