Excel doesn't like when I try to use hyperlink function

    Hi,

I am trying to use vba to insert a hyperlink function in a cell, but I get a compile error message. It just says, "Compile error: Syntax error"

The line of code that is giving me the problem is:

If I change the hyperlink function to another formula like a vlookup, it works fine.

How can I make the hyperlink function work?

    Thanks,
    Carlos

    Hello Carlos,

Whenever you receive an error message, please provide the error number, the error description, and the line where the error occurs. This information is critical in identifying the problem.
    Sincerely,
    Leith Ross

    Hi Leith,

Sorry about that. The reason I didn't post the message was because it simply said, "Compile error: Syntax error".

I have now added that to my post above.

    Thank you,
    Carlos
