Noncontiguous columns to array -trying to correlate columns to array positions - and redim

I have code that surmises a large output from another source for easier reading. This was managed by deleting all of the unnecessary columns prior to other actions.

As an exercise, one I've been putting off, I am trying to load the array from the necessary columns rather than loading the used range and addressing what columns I need in the array afterwards

I seem to be going around in circles as I am not clear how to dimension and address the array for the variant "iii"

    Any pointers appreciated

Many thanks Jindon, perfect solution as always. I see where I was struggling with dimensioning the array. Very Helpful.
