Data pull from various sheets and update in summary

Hi, I have pulled data from various sheets to a master sheet and that data i need to update in Summary sheet with row wise in vertical format. Attached sheet for your reference. I have updated 2 records only just for your understanding what exact i needed. Thanks.

As you are using the 2003 version I can't show you how this was done so I'll just say it was done using power query.
Look at Sheet1 and see if this is what you need.

I don't believe that there is a formula or formulas that will transform the table on the master table into the table on sheet 1. I don't know enough about VBA to say whether or not that is possible.
If you add new data to tbl_Summary on sheet 1 you can then use pivot tables to produce the tables on the other sheets as modeled on the AC SERVICE AMC sheet.
If you have already added data to the master sheet since April, you may upload that and I will attempt to convert and send you back a table like the one on sheet 1 using power query the power query feature (supported by the 2010 and later versions) so that you can add to that from now on.
Note that I use the word attempt because the site will only allow .xlsx files up to 1000 kb and although it says it will allow .zip files up to 9.77 Mb I have not been able to send large .zip files as of late.
