Trying to highlight a row based on date

Hi, I'm not sure if I'm in the right thread but I believe I am. I'm looking to have rows highlight if the date in column C is within 5 days of the date in column E. I'm also hoping to have a calculation at the bottom to say how many rows have been highlighted due to this criteria. Then I was hoping to have a separate calculation that shows how many are highlighted based on this criteria that also have a certain name in column B. Is there a formula/macro for this? I would like to post a copy of my excel sheet but unfortunately it has confidential data. I would appreciate any help you might be able to offer.
