Worksheet Change - exclude Paste

I have a macro which is called up if there is a change in Column A.
There are two functions I want to exclude as being changes.
(1) Paste. (2). Insert Rows.
With the first item, I have something which works in a round-about way. But it's buggy. For instance, if a value is entered in a cell anywhere on the sheet, and then "Undo" is called, it throws up an error. Nothing really to do with using "Paste".
Is there something which would be more logical to use?

The part which is buggy is in comment blocks, in the Class Module.
