Use Cell Value for Sheet Name

Hi All,

In the example, I'm trying to automate moving rows from the LOG sheet to one of the Week sheets. The sheet to move to is in column E of the LOG sheet. So when the word MOVE is entered into Action column of LOG sheet, I'd like to move that row to the sheet name specified in column E.

I've got some code in the example but it's not working.

Would appreciate any ideas...

see attached file. If you change 'leave' to 'move' in col. F, it should copy this row into particular sheet (week1/2) and delete from LOG sheet.
