Replace Filename in Hyperlink

I have a series of filenames listed in a sheet as hyperlinks. When a user changes the filename, I want to replace the filename only (last part of the hyperlink address).

Example:

D:\Users\Desktop\Volume 3\Reports\SMITH, Sally\Expenditure Report 003\

to

D:\Users\Desktop\Volume 3\Reports\SMITH, Sally\Expense Log 002\

Only the last bit should change.
