Adding Custom Text to drop down - VBA

Hey team,

Is there a way to add custom text to a drop-down list via VBA on a specific worksheet. I have 4 drop-downs in sheet 1, and I would like each to have a custom text that isn't part of the drop-down range.

So I put this together and it seems to be doing the trick. I'm not overly savvy on VBA, is there a way to clean this up?
