    Lightbulb Summarizing data

    Hi Experts,
I have attached here an excel sheet with some data for which I need to make a summary using a formula/macro.

The columns contain data from A to AB.

I need a SUMMARY based on the information in the column E (STYLE), but PRODUCTION UNIT wise.
The STYLE is repeated many times in different rows based on PO (Col. H).
And also, the SAME STYLE can be repeated in different production units (col. Q).

the information in the "orange color columns" are common for every repeat, and therefore the summary can contain any one of them.
However, the information in the "blue" color columns" have to be the CUMULATIVE/TOTAL for a particular style. However, if the style has repeated in another production unit, then, the cumulative should be factory wise also.

the information in the "green color" column(col. H) should be the COUNT of, all as per the number of style repeats, However, if the style has repeated in another production unit, then, the COUNT should be factory wise also.

The information in the column "I" doesn't need to be processed in any manner, it could appear in the summary as same as the the COUNT of the column H.

The information in the columns O and P should be the FIRST DATE of Ex-factory/CTG Handover of any style.

I think, since the SAME STYLE can appear in more than once production unit (factory), a helper column (AD) can be used to SUMMARIZE the information FACTORY WISE and also, STYLE WISE.

    Thanks

Please amend your sheet to show us what you want. A sample output is MUCH more useful than 1000 rows and no template to follow.

    Hi Glenn,
Pls find the example. I have just done it only for one style.

    Hi Glenn,
Thanks a lot for the quick and brilliant solution.

    I inserted the module and checked. Pls see the below concerns;

    >> Summary sheet "formatting" changes whenever the macro is run. I need the same formatting for the summary sheet as in the data sheet.
    >> Every time macro is run, a "new work sheet tab" is inserted in to the work sheet. I need a fixed summary sheet beside data sheet.
    >> A "run button" is necessary on the summary sheet to run the macro. Pls do the changes in this attached sheet and send me the same.

I am still checking to see whether any other issues are there.

    Oh My god!
I am extremely sorry. I was so foolish not to check the name.
Because, Glen was asking me about some sample of summary sheet.
Anyway, thanks a lot. I will check this and confirm.
