Problems with Worksheet_Open

So I have a workbook or two that have code running on opening. Or they should. Sometimes it appears that the code will not run at all, other times no problems. The trust center settings are set to disable with notifications. CAnnot see any reason why it would be so tempermental. ANyone any ideas? TIA

There's not a lot to see to be honest. Even just putting msgbox "hello" in workbook_open has the same problem.

don't use the = False as this is causing the if statement to be missed

That makes sense. What I then don't understand is why sometimes it seemed to work. I may never know - and so long as it keeps working I don't much care
