Toggle Button to hide multiple Columns and Rows

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out the correct coding for a toggle button that will hide/unhide multiple columns and rows. Specifically, I need the toggle button to hide columns J:M, P:S, V:Y, however when these columns are hidden I need rows 72:82 to be visible. When J:M, P:S, V:Y are visible, I want rows 72:82 to hide. Is there a way to do this with only one toggle button?
