Micro for Level wise Hierarchy for in excel

Dear All,

I need to build the hirarchiy in excel via Micro. But I am less knowalge how to build the same. Could you guys advise me on same how to do it.
My data is like below, which will be downloaded from external system. My number of records are 1000+ level and object wise wise.

1 ABCD.A.0.00.0000
2 ABCD.A.B.12.0000
3 ABCD.A.B.12.0000
4 ABCD.A.B.12.9001
5 ABCD.A.B.12.9002
6 ABCD.A.B.12.9003
7 ABCD.A.B.12.90212
7 ABCD.A.B.12.90215
7 ABCD.A.B.12.90216

I need the output like this..

I need the output something like this. I have used Grouping. But data at 1000+ levels not able to goup when there is mulitple ranges along with other forcaseting and sales figures.

Advise how how we can do the same.
