Select Worksheet with most recent date

Hi,
Stuck on an issue, in the current workbook there are multiple tabs named ie Notes 07-01-2019 and Summary 07-01-2019. The date is significant as it is indicative of when the sheet was created. I want to make a copy of the tab with the most recent date named Summary. Is this possible without listing the names, splitting the names into two parts and sorting on another worksheet?

This tab is always in the second position of the active workbook, however other sheets may have been created not making Sheet number a viable option.

I figured it out, since the worksheet is always in position 2 I can just use

the reason for 3 is track changes / change log is on so it's hidden but in the first spot.
