Pit stop spread sheet, add rows and other stuff.

Hi every one, normally I would battle through this and get it sorted out however I am pumped for time so I am asking for some help getting this working.
In a nutshell, there are two parts to this sheet, the active sheet at the moment is sheet4. the first part which is trying to predict our pits stops in an endurance race, the second part is to trace the actual stops and save the data to a second page for later analysis.
Our team has two cars, so we will have the same sheet running 2 or even 3 cars. It must be remembered that someone need to click the buttons so if we need to change screens or sheets the chance of error increases massively.
So the first part I have working, still needs refining, but it is fine for now.
the second part is still in ad hoc but there are 4 buttons Race start, which seeds the initial data and time, Pit in, which sets the time the driver entered the pit which sets the stint time, pit out which sets the amount of fuel added in the previous stint, pit stop time, the next drivers name, stint number, and time the driver re entered the track. All of this happens from j12 to q14 in this sheet, there is a couple of formulas in n13:14 and o14.
Now what I need is to add new cells to contain the next stint (ie stint 2) for that car, bring the formulas into the new cells. as we are running 2 cars I cant just add a new line as the cars wont pit together so each needs to be separate code.
The final thing is at the end of the race, click race end and all the pit stop data that was entered needs to be copied to a new sheet with the tab named to suit (this I can work out)
I hope that is a clear explanation.
    Cheers Daz

    Daz,

Having looked at the attachment you kindly provided, this is considerably more than just "I am not sure how to. . . ."?
Personally I think this should be posted on a freelancer site, and accept it will cost a few dollars to get someone to do it?

Thanks for your input Ochimus, I have progressed the sheet to a working sheet, but the passing of the variable to the = TEXT(var1 - var2, "h:mm:ss"), where var1 and var2 are dynamic cells that change each time a new row is added has got me stumped.
I have attached the latest working version (minus a couple of things I still have to finish) just for interest
I will hit a couple of freelancer sites over the weekend, Thanks for looking, cheers Daz
