Split data into multiple worksheets

Hi

I have a mastersheet in my workbook called "MAS". I want a macro which would split the data into multiple worksheets based on 'Column H' (Category) in such a way that all the line items of one category (say JV) are in one sheet called "JV".

Every sheet should contain the headers also!

And the new sheets name should be the respective category name.
