    I have done the maintenance button for you, you just need to apply the button code to the other buttons and set the passwords.

    password = maintenance

    Change to suit

    Give it a try, hopefully this is what you asked for

    This is a reasonable method for compliant users. Be aware that malicious users can easily defeat a VBA password mechanism.

    Also note this solution presents the password in the clear. To mask the password you will need to create a custom UserForm with textbox.
