    Re: VBA to avaya

I've not dealt with Avaya CMS/Aura for few years, but if I recall, acsup is just a text based script file for Avaya isn't it?
With your brief explanation it isn't clear to me what you are trying to do.

I'd recommend uploading sample Excel workbook and example output file (manually created and zipped).

hello-I have attached a dummy file workbook as I have not started the project. I would just like some direction on it. I researched through the Avaya support however, I am only finding how to export FROM Avaya; I am needing to IMPORT INTO Avaya from Excel. Thanks in advance.

    Have you read below?
    https://documentation.avaya.com/bund...ort_Excel.html

You can import from Avaya side.

Hi- I've tried Avaya support however, everything I am reading is to export to other formats and I am wanting to import to make automate scripts. Has anyone coded to automate scripts?

Re: VBA to avaya (automate an excel report to export to an acsup file)

hello- I have been attempting to automate a process of moving data from an .xl file to .acsup and have been unable to find any literature or guidance on how to do this. Is there anyone who has done this or had luck in automating this procedure? I find articles to import from an .acsup file to .txt, .xl, or .csv but I am wanting to export out of Excel. Any help?

    Thanks!

It’s proprietary software that only a call centre would have, and even then, it’s only one of many available. So, most of users here would not be familiar with it. Hence, suggestion to ask in Avaya support forum.

You provided Excel file, but not the sample script file. It’s near impossible to help without it.
