Find part of a cell, replace whole cell value?

How do I find cells that contain a part, and then replace the entire cell value?

For instance, with this code:

HelloDan becomes Hello EveryoneDan.
HelloJoe becomes Hello EveryoneJoe.

What I really want is for "HelloDan" and "HelloJoe" to become "Hello Everyone"

How can I do that?
