Handle Production Working Date for different shifts

    Dear All,

i got strucked up in handling production working date for different shifts and my problem is

i have build one userform to update production entry data and this tool will use by many employees and the production working date is based on current system date.

lets take one example here is , Employee A shift timing is 5PM to 2AM and currernt date is 21/july/2019 and his production working date should be 21/july/2019.

if they open the excel userform tool after 12AM then userform should show the production working date as 21/july/2019 instead of 22/july/2019 and unable to build a logic/formula to tackle this.

can anyone please suggest/advice me what could be the best possible way of handling this query.

i hope my explanation is understandable and i apologize for any mistakes.
    Thanks - Naveed

It would be easier to help if you could attach a copy of your file.
