    Dynamic link to other workbooks

I have been helped to create a workbook which summarises data from a number of other workbooks using the user defined function INDIRECTEX. Everything works fine except that this function appears to expect that the data in the other workbooks is static so when it changes the summary data remains unaffected.
The Destination File attached contains the INDIRECTEX function and summarises from the Source file which is also attached. I am way out of my depth here but has anyone got any idea how to refresh the Destination file when required?

******* Found a different solution to the problem so closing this thread *******
