Send E-Mail Automatically Based on Criteria & Periodically from a Shared Network Folder

Dear Experts,

Attached File There is Pivot Sheet Contains a PivotTable, Whose Source Data from NPD De-Commitment Sheet.

The Source Data Gets updated by Every Day 09:30AM; Once the Source Data gets updated, within 30 Minutes of Time; The Respective owner (Refer Column D) expected to update their Remarks in Column F Respectively!

The Support which I am looking here is: -

From 10:00AM Onwards Every Thirty Minutes the Pivot Data must get Auto Refreshed. After Refreshing;

If the Cell J1 Value is a Text or 0, Then No Action Required!

If the Cell J1 Value is >0, Then the Following Action to Be Processed!

@ Each Time Zone How the E-Mail Draft to be send Details are available in “Pivot” Worksheet K16:O19 Range Table

Note: If the E-Mail can be triggered automatically even when the file is closed also; That would be really an great additional Feature!

Could you please suggest the VBA Code:-

While the file gets opened, The Pivot Table Get Auto Refreshed and rest of the above mentioned activity Process accordingly and Send an Auto E-Mail?

Your choice of font was incredibly hard to read, even on a computer screen, let alone a hand-held device. I have changed it back to the forum default for legibility.

It's best not to use serif fonts on screen.

Attached File there is a worksheet named as “NPD De-Comittment” which gets updated daily basis, Every Day Morning @ 09:30AM.

Once the Sheet gets updated by 09:30AM, The Other Stakeholders, Who are the name mentioned in Column D, Expected to update the appropriate details in Column F,G & H within 30 Minutes of Time Line.

There is a Another Sheet named as “Pivot”

This Pivot Sheet shows by individual owner, Still How Many items are pending for Updation

There is another worksheet Named as “E-Mail Data Dump”

This worksheet contains List of E-Mail ID Masters; which would be used for further course of actions

Once the 09:30AM Source Data Updated; Every 30 Minutes once “PivotTable1” has to be Auto Refreshed; After Auto Refreshing,

Case 1 – If the Cell J1=0 or any Text, Then No Action Required

Case 2 - If the Cell J1 Value is >0, Then below list of action to be processed in Excel

@ 10:00AM After Auto Refreshing of PivotTable1, If J1 Cell Value is >0 Then,

An Auto E-Mail to be Send with below set of Draft: -

Subject of the E-Mail: As Mentioned in Pivot Worksheet “L17 Cell” Value

To Recipient: “Pivot” Worksheet, Range - D6:D33 contains E-Mail IDs

Cc Recipient: “E-Mail Data Dump” Worksheet, Range - H2:H27 contains E-Mail IDs

Body of the E-Mail:

"Dear To Recipients,

PivotTable1 To be Pasted as shown in Pivot Sheet

Note: This is an Auto Generated E-Mail!
