    create userform

    Hi,

How can a userform be created to make new invoices and enter data into the Invoice Data sheet?

    Thank you

    Re: create userform

Is there a maximum number of Labor and Material codes for each order?

    Re: create userform

I have set it up with 16 for labor and 11 for materials. Is this adjustable later if I find they are not enough?

    Re: create userform

Always adjustable, but can be a pain sometimes.
The answer to the question would dictate the way the userform would be set up.

Are you sticking with this data layout or happy to change it as discussed in your other thread?

OK, leave it with me and I'll put something together. It will take a little while but not too long.

Is there a standard time for the due date? e.g. 2 weeks after the invoice date?

    Re: create userform

The 2 weeks are my initial thoughts. Most will be payment when service is completed but I will allow up to 2 weeks.

    Thanks

Do you still have the time BSB or should I try another way?

    Re: create userform

I will input data directly on the worksheet instead of the userform since assistance on this matter seems to have ended.

    Thanks anyway

If someone will come up with a way to the userform I would appreciate it very much.

    Re: create userform

Maybe the Master Invoice sheet could be a way to do this.

I'm still working on it, but it's not necessarily a small job and I don't have masses of "free" time.
Keep an eye on the thread and I shall post back with the completed form as soon as practicable.

If you need it done quicker then there is always the 'Comercial Services' section of the forum... You'll have to put your hand in your pocket and pay for a developer's services.

If you're going to go down that route then I shall stop what I'm doing on this and help someone else.

    Re: create userform

I have tried some codes but so far no success. I don't think it can be done is why I am trying different ways.

    Thanks
