Add existing image from sheet 2 to the body of an email

I have a macro, which reads some data from excel, formats it as per need and then send email to my team. Currently the body of an email has only texts. I need to add three color shapes to the body of email ( Yellow, Red and Green).

Is there any way to add color shapes in body of email ? Its totally fine, even if all colors are added in one image file. which is attached to body of email. I saw many solutions online but they all use html code to get image from server location, my team is spread out and not everyone has access to server so I want to use the image from same excel workbook.
