Change Code to Red Text?

I've been using the below to remove text before a certain text string, and it's been invaluable.... now someone wants to see what's been removed (in the future, not retrospectively). Is there any way this can be used (with editing) to change the text that would normally be removed to bold red or something like that?

Workbook attached has an example of what I would run the original code on so that each row starts with the text LZT....
