Using Column Name Range Instead of Column Number

    Greetings,
I am using the following code to copy information from worksheet to another worksheet - all works fine. However, I am concerned that using the column number will create an issue if additional columns are added or existing columns are deleted. This will cause an issue of the "placement/location" of the column I need to copy the information to. Therefore, how can I replace the column 68 with the name range of the column.
