Get data from sheets

Hello

I have 3 sheets
1 - original data ( i will insert the data manually when i start working )
2 - continue for original data for more info ( i need code for this page )
3 - more info list ( already texted )

what i need, is vba codes to take column A and B from items page to sheet 4 ( as named in attached excel ) ( any change in this column from any sheet, second sheet should be change the value as same )
then excel search for same code that presents in column B sheet 4, with same code in sheet 3 and take the 3 values in the list and paste it in the table exist in sheet 4
