Alter the size of an any image.

Please find the attached example for what I am trying to do.
I want to be able to put a size value in R5 and R6 for the resize dimensions to be used when you click on the FIX button.
1) I don’t know how to alter the Macro1 code to resize to the requested numbers
2) The way I will use this is to dump many charts like this onto the page and if I select the image and click the FIX button it will make the changes, so I also don’t know how to change the code where it says “Picture 3” to be whatever is currently selected. Also, could I actually select all of the charts I need to change and click the button to change them all???

This looks really great, only issue is that is seems to size proportional. if i try to change either the height or width it adjust them proportionality where i need to change width and height independently. Other than that this is a winner!!!
