Conditional formatting Script

I am looking for the Conditional Formatting script.

I have multiply combinations of digits located in a column of one cell. Lets say that these are codes of modifications (File name APPLICABILITY). Such Cells are listed in one column. And in separate file (File name CONFIGURATION) I have list of modification codes. Each code in separate cell of same column.

I want to see the change of color (conditional format) for each modification code in APPLICABILITY file which are listed in CONFIGURATION Status.

The example (Applicability.xlsx) is attached with 2 TABS and this file represents two different files.

Any ideas here?
